Setting Your Password for the 2020-2021 School Year
It's the start of a new school year, which means it's time to set a new password to access your MNPS account!
Follow these instructions when logging into an MNPS laptop for the first time:
- Power on your device. Once the computer reaches the welcome screen, hold down the CTRL + ALT + DEL buttons at the same time to unlock the computer.
- You will need to login with your MNPS credentials:
- YOUR USERNAME (in case you forgot it!) is: Your First Name + First Initial of Your Last Name + Last 5 digits of your Student ID Number (ie: KariE37049)
- YOUR DEFAULT PASSWORD is: Eagles2020
- You will then be prompted to create a NEW password. Your new password must be at least 8 characters and contain both letters and numbers.
- Once your new password is created and confirmed, you will be logged in. From the desktop, you will see a HELP button that you can click for further instructions for connecting to the Internet!
You will need your MNPS account to access all web-based MNPS resources, including Schoology and Infinite Campus, that you will need for Virtual Learning.
